iPod Windows Ads
I guess if you can't beat them, drown them out with your own message.
I found this ad on Forbes.com for top 10 electronic devices of the year. The Apple iPod was the number one device, which was no surprise there.
What I found surprising is how Microsoft completely drowns out the iPod with Windows logos in every single ad.
What I do not understand is why doesn't Microsoft use the space to promote it's upcoming music player, Zune? It's pushing some other Microsoft technology instead. If you're going to blow ad dollars, do it with something to sell a product, not just bury the message in your own logos.
