Phil Teller Makes Threats

I just had another run-in with Phil Teller. He's a home remodeler and art car enthusiast from Redmond, Washington. He used to be on the Redmond Arts Council and you would think that experience might have lead him to be fair and work to solve problems, but the e-mail I got today indicates otherwise.
