Every Tuesday at noon, a 15 second siren blasts across the city of San Francisco from 65 different sirens. Some of them are Cold War era Victory Sirens, which were are the loudest air raid sirens ever produced. This is an example of the sound. It is accompanied by a warning that says, "This is a test.
