Bogus ads in the company newsletter
If your company has a newsletter with a classified ad section, post bogus ads offering items at ridiculously inflated prices such as computer like the Macintosh Plus available for $2000.00.
Another fun idea is to post desperate sounding pleas to sell your timeshare condo or your collection of rain-damaged Patrick Nagel prints.
The idea is to make the ads a bit more fun for those that pour over them looking for lost treasure. People will laugh at the idea you could possibly be dumb enough to sell such an item for that price when in actuality you are laughing up your sleeve at the fact they are showing their coworkers the ad and acting self-righteous about being such a bargain hunter.
