Tape the Office Chair Wheels

On most office chairs, the casters on an office chair have two wheels.

Place a few inches of duct tape and place it on the bottom of an office chair caster. Black duct tape works the best, since it blends in with the color of the caster, but gray will work just as well. A compromise is to take a permanent marker and color the tape black so it hides a bit better.

This will make the wheels stick and not roll. Most people will never take the time to stop and look to see what is making the wheel stick in the first place. They will just complain about the fact the casters are stuck.
